Invited Sessions

We invite senior scientists and researchers to submit proposals for organized and invited sessions on

specific topics, with the field, and take responsibility for a Session, gathering papers from a range of

research expertise around the world.

An invited session consists of a presentation session of six (6) to twelve (12) or more papers on a

specific topic relevant to the themes of the conference, organized as half or full day mini-conference.

To help ensure the quality of papers published at ICEECA 2019 conferences, organizers of Invited

Sessions undertake to:

  1.  Obtain papers on this topic, normally a minimum of six for an invited session, but often more;
  2. Provide suitable reviewers for the reviews of the papers and enter these on the EasyChair system;
  3. Ensure the final versions of the papers are uploaded before the deadline;
  4. Every paper should be presented at the conference, ideally by the main author, otherwise by one of the co-authors;
  5. Any one person should not present more than two papers in a particular invited session;
  6. Attend the conference and chair the session.

For any question, please contact us via : E-mail: iceeca2019@gmail.com
